Although I am of Tunisian heritage, I consider myself an unhyphenated American.
I studied biomedical engineering at Georgia Tech and aspired to become a professor, but made the pivot to tech, and now wish to work in industry at the intersection of healthcare, biomedicine, and IT.
I am an aspiring politician. I believe government can use more engineers in office. I believe government can also use more libertarians in office. Given I am both an engineer and a libertarian, and would like to serve the United States as best as I can, I cannot think of a compelling reason not to try.
